To prepare exterior surfaces for painting, we do meticulous prep work:
- pressure wash and remove mildew stains, debris, and flaking paint,
- sand trim and fascia boards,
- fill holes and cracks,
- caulk joints and seams around windows,
- seal all water stains,
- replace rotten boards,
- mask all windows and lights with paper and/or plastic,
- apply primer to all needed areas, and
- we use quality paint for the finish coat to help ensure a long-lasting finish.
Choosing Paint Colors
If you're not sure about which colors you want, we'll bring color samples and try them out. If you want to see how two contrasting colors work together, we'll paint a color sample on one surface and another square foot of another color on an adjoining surface. If you need help with your color scheme, we can refer you to our color consulting experts.
